Hal Tippetts serves as Marketing Director for Phenix Title Services in Southern Maine. He has an impressive background in the Title field spanning three decades. He has co-owned and managed a Title company in Northern Utah; served as Vice President of Gateway Title of Maine and directly before joining Phenix Title was Sales Manager for Stewart Title Company Statewide.

Very active in the Industry, Hal is an Affiliate member of the Greater Portland Board of Realtors and the York County Council of Realtors.  Hal was also recognized as the Greater Portland Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year in 2019.  Taking Leadership roles in the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, He has held the role of Legislative Chair, Director and was a three-term President.

Hal is a Continuing Education Instructor for Maine Realtors and supports Homebuyer Education through his work with “Maine hoMEworks”.

Hal holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph’s College of Standish Maine.
