About
I am a licensed land use attorney in Maine and Vermont currently employed at Archipelago Law in Portland, Maine. My primary areas of practice include: land use and zoning law; land disputes; federal, state and municipal land use permitting; and general representation of developers, builders, and landowners in all matters involving residential and commercial development.
Prior to attending law school at Vermont Law, I was a land use professional within a civil engineering/land surveying firm, and worked with a conservation district within New England. My approach embraces solutions for clients that break through the traditional silos of law, permitting, and engineering. A blend of expertise in statutory interpretation, regulatory permitting, and on the ground experience allow me to think beyond the law to solve complex land use, zoning, and environmental issues and garner favorable results for my clients.
