Description

Protect and grow your business while also getting 3 CEU credits. The Reasonable Care and Diligence Core course is a mandatory, 3 CEU class that must be taken in each two year cycle to renew your real estate license. This course will be taught by Geoff Maclean with The Real Estate Learning Group. The Real Estate Brokerage License Act and Commission Rules set forth the minimum standards of practice for licensees. Are you meeting minimum standards? Are those standards different when you are representing a client or working with a customer? This course is designed to assist you with meeting minimum standards and perhaps provide you with ideas to exceed minimum standards, when appropriate.
