The Reasonable Care and Diligence Core course is a mandatory, 3 CEU class that must be taken in each two year cycle to renew your real estate license. This course will be taught by Geoff Maclean with The Real Estate Learning Group. The Real Estate Brokerage License Act and Commission Rules set forth the minimum standards of practice for licensees.
