Breakfast and Affiliate Expo will be from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM, Membership Meeting from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM, followed by 3 CEU Course "Beyond the Settlement: Practice Changes" from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Action items are the election of 2025 officers for the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® and the vote on proposed GPBR Bylaws changes.
