Join us for the final Membership Meeting of 2026, which includes our Affiliate Expo, and the election of new Board officers and the adoption of proposed by-law amendments. The meeting will include a panel discussion: Hot Topics - Issues That Could Shape Your Business Next Year. What should REALTORS® be watching as they plan for 2027? Join us for a fast-moving panel moderated by Immediate Past President Aaron Chadbourne on four changes with practical consequences for your clients and transactions: new AI tools and technology, evolving condominium financing requirements, the redesigned residential appraisal form, and Portland’s enforcement of rent control. We’ll focus on what these developments mean for your business and the tools and knowledge you can begin using to meet these challenges as soon as you leave the room. The forum will be moderated by Immediate Past President, Aaron Chadbourne.
A 3 CEU course, 2026 Legal Updates and Forms Changes, will be held afterward. The course will be taught by Hannah McMullen, Legal Counsel for the Maine Association of REALTORS®.
