Description

There's a proposed new toll road, the Gorham Connector, that would link the Maine Turnpike at Exit 45 to the Gorham Bypass off Route 114 in Gorham.  Join Peter Merfeld, COO of the Maine Turnpike Authority to learn about the project, what has been proposed, and the process it will follow, and get your questions answered in this lunch and learn.

Peter Merfeld is Chief Operating Officer of the Maine Turnpike Authority. He's been with the Turnpike since 1997. Peter offers day-to-day operational guidance to the Highway & Equipment Maintenance, Engineering & Building Maintenance, and Public Safety departments. He also prepares, plans, and oversees the annual Maintenance and Capital Program budget.
