This is an easy and convenient opportunity to fulfill your Core Course requirement!

Reasonable Care & Diligence Course Course: The Real Estate Brokerage License Act and Commission Rules set forth the minimum standards of practice for licensees. Are you meeting minimum standards? Are those standards different when representing a client or working with a customer? This course is designed to assist you with meeting minimum standards and perhaps provide you with ideas to exceed minimum standards when appropriate.

We will have a catered breakfast from local Mr. Bagel, alongside coffee and refreshments - Only $25 for Membership Registration!
