Join us for the first Membership Meeting of 2026! This is an ideal opportunity to start the year off by networking with fellow GPBR members and our affiliate sponsors. Get your new year off to a great educational start! The meeting will feature an informative discussion, "Strategies for Success in a Changing Market." Panelists will include Matt Christopherson, National Association of REALTORS®, Derrick Buckspan, ReMax/Shoreline, John Hatcher, The Hatcher Group, Keller Williams Realty, Marie Flaherty, The Flaherty Team and will be moderated by Aaron Chadbourne, Demetria Real Estate. The panel will be followed by brief remarks from Charlie Mercer, Fortify Maine Home Resiliency Program.

The morning session will be followed by a new 3 CEU Sustainability Matters course: "The Forecast for Green Features in the Built Environment," which will delve into the latest information and growing interest from clients on sustainability, green housing features, and what you need to know to stay informed and answer client questions. Speakers include Matt Christopherson, National Association of REALTORS®, Phil Coupe, ReVision Energy, Ethan Schecter, ReVision Energy, Andy Meyer, Efficiency Maine Trust, and will be moderated by Julia Basset Schwerin, Maine Green Broker, Advisors Living Real Estate.
