Morning Session, Zero Money Left on the Table: Experience shows energy retrofits can pay for themselves quickly in savings on utility bills and earn extra value on resale with the proper documentation. If homeowners don’t have or don’t want to spend the cash to make the upgrades recommended by an energy audit, they have options ranging from rebates to loans to tax credits. This session has both inspiring views of real cost savings and value potential of energy efficient buildings.
