Course Description: To enhance real estate professionals understanding of the preparation of first-time home buyers in today's market and how lenders assist them in navigating the hurdles of credit, stable employment and income, immigration status, self-employment and down payment assistance. Course is approved by the Director of Maine Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours of continuing education. This class will provide 3.0 hours of accreditation for Associate Brokers & Brokers.
