The VA Loan Boot Camp class is designed to help real estate professionals understand the basics of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Attendees will gain a comprehensive knowledge of veteran eligibility for a VA home loan as well as general underwriting and appraisal processes. This course will provide agents with the knowledge to separate themselves from other real estate professionals who have not taken the time to learn the specifics of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program and help them guide their veterans to obtain a VA loan. The 2 CEU course is taught by Tammy Tapman, who is retired from the Veterans Land Board and has been teaching VA classes for 24 years.
