Aaron Chadbourne

Aaron Chadbourne has been licensed in Maine since 2002 and has led Demetria Real Estate as Broker/Owner since 2019. Aaron was 2025 President of the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® and in 2026 was named REALTOR® of the Year. He also serves in various leadership capacities on the Maine Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. Aaron and his team operate an office in Gorham and serve the entire Greater Portland & Southern Maine region. Aaron graduated from Harvard College and holds a JD-MBA from Harvard Law School & Harvard Business School. He is quite active in public policy advocacy relating to private property rights and the real estate industry.
