About

Aaron Despres has conducted commercial and residential building inspections as well as energy auditing and consulting services since 2007.  He has taught courses on residential efficiency to real estate brokers, homeowners, and building professionals.  He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified Inspector and a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified Building Analyst.  Aaron is the owner of Up-Country Building Inspectors, Inc. and its affiliate company, RadonCheck, Inc located in Freeport.  Aaron Lives in Harpswell with his wife, Meg and two daughters, Charlotte and Cora.  He has been a longtime member of the Cundy’s Harbor Fire Department where he serves as the assistant chief.  In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing music and spending time on the water.
